This Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made through CodersFort, including Odoo modules, Odoo ERP services, custom development work, and Hikvision CCTV camera products.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Digital Products (Odoo Modules & Software)
1.1 All digital products, including Odoo modules, plugins, and extensions, are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.
1.2 Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds cannot be issued after purchase unless:
- The product is defective or non-functional, and
- Our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
1.3 Customers are encouraged to review product details carefully before purchasing.
2. Services (Odoo Development, Customization & Consulting)
2.1 All Odoo development, customization, integration, and consulting services are non-refundable once the project has started.
2.2 If a project is canceled before work begins, a partial refund may be considered based on administrative costs.
2.3 Refunds will not be issued for completed milestones or delivered work.
3. Physical Products (Hikvision CCTV Cameras)
3.1 Physical products may be eligible for return or replacement under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Incorrect item delivered
- Manufacturing defect reported within warranty period
3.2 Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
3.3 Products must be returned in:
- Original packaging
- Unused condition
- With all accessories and invoice
3.4 After inspection, eligible refunds or replacements will be processed.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 Digital Products
- Orders for digital products cannot be canceled once the download or delivery process has started.
4.2 Services
- Cancellation is only possible before work has started.
- Once development or service execution begins, cancellation is not allowed.
4.3 Physical Products
- Orders for physical goods can only be canceled before shipping.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
5. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method only
- Bank or payment gateway delays are not controlled by CodersFort
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Downloaded Odoo modules
- Completed custom development work
- Consultation or support services already delivered
- Discounted or promotional items
7. Dispute Resolution
If you face any issue with your order:
- Contact our support team first for resolution
- We aim to resolve disputes quickly and fairly
- If unresolved, disputes will be handled under Indian jurisdiction laws
